We are seeking Sales Associates to become an integral part of our team! Dutchmans is a successful multi-unit casual living boutique concept furniture and gift store. We offer a beautiful assortment of home décor, lighting fixtures, furniture, rugs, interior design capabilities and much more.
Currently there are 5 locations in Georgia and North Carolina. Each store has a motivated team that works together to provide a great customer experience day in and day out and strives to achieve individual, team and company goals.
Your position will be responsible for customer service, selling our products, merchandise, and services in a high-end retail setting. You will be required to work some weekends. Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities Include :
● Greeting customers and working with them to identify their needs
● Tell the Dutchmans Story to new visitors to the store
● Explain products and services to customers
● Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
● Enter and process customer sales orders
● Investigate, assist and resolve customer concerns
● Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to build rapport with customers
● Excellent verbal communication skills
Work Locations: Saint Simons Island, GA
Schedule: This position requires you to be in the store during all scheduled work hours. Must be available on weekends, some holidays and be able to work full shifts when scheduled.
Paid Training: We offer comprehensive in store training which includes self paced, and team virtual meetings
Benefits: We offer medical dental, vision, retirement plan and paid time off (PTO). Full-time Sales Associates receive benefits after a 90 day grace period.
Compensation: Hourly (non-exempt) pay is based on experience. Additional goal and performance driven bonuses and store discounts after a 3 month grace period.
